Job summary

BTSE is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer in Hong Kong to bridge technology, product, and people. You will translate workflows into AI solutions using Claude Enterprise and Google Gemini, building reusable AI skills and coaching teams across finance, compliance, operations, and support.

You will work with developers and business stakeholders, guiding Claude Code usage, REST API integrations, and MCP server workflows while ensuring governance and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role with AI/ML tooling or enterprise enablement.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Enterprise (claude.ai) and Anthropic API.
• Practical knowledge of Google Gemini for Workspace and applying it to business tasks.
• Ability to design reusable AI skills, prompts, and templates for business functions.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript for proof-of-concept integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI into internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• AI Adoption & Stakeholder Enablement: identify workflow pain points and design AI solutions using Gemini and Claude Enterprise.
• Developer Enablement: coach engineers on Claude Code, prompt patterns, and MCP server integrations.
• Security, Governance & Compliance: align AI solutions with BTSE policies and regulatory obligations; maintain governance artefacts.
• Programme Management & Reporting: own AI enablement roadmap, manage multiple workstreams, report adoption KPIs.
