Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in a complex enterprise environment. The role combines Scrum Master and Project Management duties, delivering digital initiatives across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities include leading delivery, facilitating ceremonies, reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with programme objectives. 8–12 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years' experience across Project Management, Agile Delivery or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Proven experience delivering digital projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working across business and technology teams on customer-facing or enterprise digital solutions.
