Job summary

AcWise Recruitment Limited seeks a Senior PMO Manager, Transformation to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and drive digital transformation across multiple business units. You will manage project governance, ensure Agile adoption, and align initiatives with corporate standards while coordinating with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with extensive PMO/Transformation experience.
Strong stakeholder management and programming coordination skills.
Experience in regulated financial services and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic cross-functional and cross-entities transformational initiatives.
Identify and implement customer-led digital transformation projects and re-engineering initiatives.
Collaborate with Business units, Operations, IT and Marketing across project lifecycles.
Consolidate project pipelines and prioritize with senior management.
Define and execute governance, QA and QC per policies and standards.
Ensure Agile adoption and maintain project communications and artifacts.
Develop metrics for project success and business agility.
Collect feedback to improve future projects.
