Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile digital solutions for multiple clients.

You will manage requirements, plan solutions, coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–8 years of project management experience in IT, digital solutions, or software development.
• Proven experience managing web and mobile application development projects, preferably in a client-facing or IT solutions environment.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications would be an advantage.

Technical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile digital solutions for multiple clients. This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical understanding, and client-facing skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple digital projects for different clients, covering web applications, mobile applications, and customised digital solutions.

Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution planning to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, the project team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.

Identify project risks, resolve delivery issues, and manage changes in scope and priorities.
