Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or AI-native products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, backend systems, asynchronous workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic products end-to-end.
• Architect agentic systems including agents, tools, memory, and orchestration.
• Get hands-on and prototype using code, APIs, AI coding tools, and automation platforms.
• Improve agent reliability by identifying failure modes and building evaluations.
• Own product outcomes by prioritizing and shipping features that drive impact.
