InstaAgent Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a hands-on builder to turn ambiguous problems into production-ready agentic products. You will design workflows, prototype, and own outcomes from zero to production.
You'll architect agentic systems, work with founders and engineers, and move fast in a small team with high trust. Fluency with AI development, tools, and modern coding environments is essential.
We're not looking for someone to manage a backlog. We're looking for a builder — someone who can take an ambiguous problem, design an agentic solution, get hands‑on to build it, and own the outcome from zero to production.
You should be equally comfortable thinking through the product experience, designing an agentic workflow and system architecture, and opening up your IDE to prototype it yourself.
If you've built AI agents, automated complex workflows, or started something from scratch before — even if it didn't work out — we want to hear from you.
Design and ship agentic products end-to-end — from problem definition and workflow design to prototyping, production, and iteration
Architect agentic systems — agents, tools, context, memory, state, orchestration, human-in-the-loop, and failure handling
Get hands‑on and build — use code, APIs, AI coding tools, and automation platforms to rapidly prototype and validate ideas
Improve agent reliability — identify failure modes, build evaluations, and optimize for quality, latency, and cost
Own product outcomes — work directly with founders and engineers to prioritize and ship what drives customer and business impact
Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows or AI-native products — not just defining requirements for them
Strong technical foundation — you understand APIs, databases, backend systems, asynchronous workflows, and system architecture
You can build — you don't need to be a career software engineer, but you should be able to prototype real working systems yourself
Fluent with modern AI development — context engineering, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, memory, retrieval, evaluations, and observability
Fluent with AI coding tools — Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and similar tools
Strong systems and product thinking — you understand both how the system should work and why it should exist
High agency and ownership — you investigate, make decisions, build, ship, measure, and iterate
We care much more about what you've actually built and how you think than whether your previous title was Product Manager, Engineer, or Founder.
YC-backed, early stage — what you build ships and matters immediately
Agentic workflows are core to the product, not an AI feature bolted on top
Small team, high trust, direct access to founders
Real ownership over product direction, architecture, and execution
Fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment where good ideas can go from conversation to production quickly
