Job summary
The Bosch Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Software Developer (AI Agent Developer) to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI agents that automate business processes and enhance decision-making.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development, expert Python and FastAPI skills, and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks. The role involves cloud-native backend services, DB design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong Python and FastAPI skills.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
- Hands-on with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain).
- Experience designing RESTful microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents using modern frameworks.
- Build scalable backend microservices and REST APIs.
- Integrate with Databricks, Azure storage, and data lakes for AI workflows.
- Monitor, optimize, and secure AI agent performance and costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities.
