Job summary

Youxfort Holdings Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a CEO with hands-on experience leading IFA and licensed broker teams to own strategy, growth and governance for the next business stage.

Set and execute medium- and long-term strategy, annual plans and budgets with accountability for revenue, profit and team productivity. Build and lead the IFA/insurance broker force, recruit and develop top advisers, and optimise product mix and commission structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years in financial services, including at least 5 years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience leading an IFA or insurance broker team with verifiable figures on size, productivity and retention.
• Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance broker regime, fit‑and‑proper criteria, licensing, client-money handling and sales-conduct requirements.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
• Current or former Insurance Authority licence, or eligibility to act as a Responsible Officer (IIQE papers passed).
• Channel-management experience in long‑term business (life, critical illness, medical).
• Experience with cross‑border or high‑net‑worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate governance, risk and compliance framework so that the business meets the Insurance Ordinance, the Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Brokers and relevant Insurance Authority guidelines.
• Lead the management team and put in place a repeatable training, coaching and promotion system.
• Report operating results, material risks and regulatory matters to the Board.

Job description

We are an insurance broker company licensed by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Our distribution model is built on independent financial adviser (IFA) and licensed technical representative (broker) teams, serving individual and family clients with long‑term insurance and related financial planning. We are seeking a CEO with hands‑on experience leading such teams, to own strategy, growth and governance for the next stage of the business.

Set and execute medium- and long‑term strategy, the annual business plan and the budget, with accountability for revenue, profit and team productivity.

Build and lead the IFA / insurance broker force, including recruitment, retention, grading and performance systems, and improve productivity per adviser and persistency.

Establish and maintain relationships with major insurers, and optimise the product mix, commission structure and business support.

Oversee the corporate governance, risk and compliance framework so that the business meets the Insurance Ordinance, the Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Brokers and relevant Insurance Authority guidelines, working closely with the Responsible Officer and the compliance function.

Lead the management team and put in place a repeatable training, coaching and promotion system.

Report operating results, material risks and regulatory matters to the Board.

Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in finance, business administration or insurance is preferred; an MBA is an advantage.

At least 10 years in financial services, including at least 5 years in a senior management role with profit‑and‑loss responsibility at an insurance broker, insurance agency or wealth‑management distribution business.

Proven experience leading an IFA or insurance broker team (ideally a team of several dozen or more, or a track record of building a channel from scratch), with verifiable figures on team size, productivity and retention.

Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance broker regime, including fit‑and‑proper criteria, technical representative (broker) licensing, client‑money handling and sales‑conduct requirements.

Strong strategic, business‑development and stakeholder‑management skills.

Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Current or former Insurance Authority technical representative (broker) licence, or eligibility to act as a Responsible Officer (relevant IIQE papers passed).

Channel‑management experience in long‑term business (life, critical illness, medical).

Experience with cross‑border or high‑net‑worth clients.
