Branch8 is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager Consultant / Technical Project Manager to support enterprise digital-experience engagements across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the wider APAC region.

This client-facing role combines AEM consulting, technical coordination and project delivery, translating business needs into practical AEM solutions and supporting implementation, migration, testing, deployment and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• About five years of experience in software delivery, digital platforms or technology consulting with hands-on AEM experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service projects.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, effort estimates and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate client, design, development, infrastructure, data, security, testing and vendor workstreams.
• Track scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and project deliverables.
• Provide hands-on technical input through configuration, reviews, troubleshooting and deployment support.
• Assist with migrations from AEM on-premise or Adobe Managed Services to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Help establish development standards, testing practices, CI/CD processes, documentation and production-support procedures.
• Communicate project status and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Support presales activities, including estimates, proposals, demonstrations and presentations.

Branch8 is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager Consultant / Technical Project Manager to support enterprise digital-experience engagements across Hong Kong, Mainland China and the wider APAC region.

This client-facing role combines AEM consulting, technical coordination and project delivery. The successful candidate will work with clients and delivery teams to translate business needs into practical AEM solutions and support implementation, migration, testing, deployment and ongoing operations.

The role is suitable for an AEM developer, technical consultant or project lead who is ready to take broader ownership of client communication and delivery while remaining hands-on with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service projects.
• Run or support discovery workshops and document business, functional and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, effort estimates and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate client, design, development, infrastructure, data, security, testing and vendor workstreams.
• Track scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and project deliverables.
• Provide hands-on technical input through configuration and code reviews, troubleshooting, proof-of-concept work and deployment support.
• Support the design of AEM components, templates, content models, workflows, permissions, integrations and multilingual sites.
• Assist with migrations from AEM on-premise or Adobe Managed Services to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Help establish development standards, testing practices, CI/CD processes, documentation, monitoring and production-support procedures.
• Communicate project status and technical decisions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support presales activities, including estimates, solution proposals, demonstrations and presentations.

Required experience and qualifications

• Around five years of experience in software delivery, digital platforms or technology consulting, including at least two to three years of hands-on AEM experience.
• Practical experience with AEM Sites as a developer, technical consultant or technical lead.
• Working knowledge of AEM components, templates, content models, workflows, permissions, publishing and multilingual implementations.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations between a CMS and other enterprise systems.
• Experience coordinating technical delivery activities, plans, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Good analytical, documentation, presentation and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
