Bupa is seeking a customer service professional in Hong Kong to handle inquiries related to claims and data with strict adherence to internal policies. You will work with the claims and customer service teams to ensure a best-in-class end-to-end claims journey for members.

The ideal candidate has HKDSE or higher, at least 1 year in a customer service role (insurance/finance preferred), and strong English, Mandarin, and Cantonese language skills along with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• HKDSE or above.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably insurance/financial.
• Good knowledge of healthcare and medical insurance products and operations.
• Strong communication and professional telephone manner.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Address members’ enquiries in claims details effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service

• Provide, collect and manage customer data in full compliance to Bupa internal policies

• Working collaboratively with customer service and claims team to provide the best-in‑class end‑to‑end claims journey

• HKDSE or above

• Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service environment and/or exposure gained in insurance or financial industry;

• Good knowledge of the Healthcare and medical insurance product and operations

• Good communication skills, professional telephone manner

• Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust

• Great command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
