Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a senior actuary to lead financial reporting and EV analysis in Hong Kong. You will manage the EV reporting process, coordinate with regional teams and external auditors, and ensure accurate disclosures for investors and regulators.

You will oversee junior staff, mentor in valuation techniques, and drive process improvements across planning, forecasting and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates from Actuarial Science, Mathematics and/or Investment background preferred.
• Progress in Actuarial Examinations is necessary; fellowship preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years actuarial work experience.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a fast-paced business environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely delivery of EV reporting and related analyses.
• Lead forecasting of key financial KPIs and support business planning.
• Coordinate with investors, auditors and regulators for external disclosures.
• Provide cross-functional support for new products and campaigns.
• Supervise junior team members and coach on technical skills and process improvements.
• Guide team on teamwork and process improvement.
