Job summary

Emperor Investment (Management) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to handle daily AR operations including billing, invoicing and receipt postings.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance, 2–3 years' AR experience, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in property, real estate or sizeable companies is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Able to handle a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including billing, invoicing and receipt posting.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing issues.
• Prepare AR reports and month-end schedules.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit assignments.
• Support ad hoc duties as assigned.
