Job summary

World leading entertainment company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, journal entries for payments and receipts, and timely vendor payments. You will perform daily accounting tasks and support month-end activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA or equivalent), 3–4 years of relevant experience in a commercial setting, and strong English with excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or related functions within a commercial environment.
• Experience in finance and administrative operations is an advantage.
• Exposure to regional or multinational organizations with multicultural teams and a matrix reporting structure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, bookkeeping, and payment administration.
• Perform daily accounting activities, including preparing journal entries for payments and receipts.
• Process vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly debit notes and maintain proper documentation by scanning and filing invoices with supporting records.
• Assist with ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practice standards.
