Job summary

IM8, a health and longevity brand, seeks an AP Accountant / Assistant Accountant to join the Finance team in Hong Kong. You will support AP and P2P activities, assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and vendor management, and help improve process efficiency.

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 2–4 years of relevant experience; solid Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or NetSuite is a plus).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience with AP, P2P, and month-end closing.
• Good understanding of accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and cut-off.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Dynamics 365 and/or NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P process including PR/PO creation, invoice processing and payments.
• Review, code and process vendor invoices and employee claims with proper approvals.
• Assist month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries from vendors and stakeholders.
• Support internal controls, audits and process improvements.
