Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Income Audit professional to join our Finance team. You will supervise the income audit function to ensure accurate and timely verification of all hotel revenues, and review daily revenue reports to ensure proper recording of room, F&B, and other revenues.

The role requires at least 3 years of income audit and general accounting experience in the hospitality industry, strong knowledge of revenue audit procedures and internal controls, and

• 3+ years of income audit and general accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of revenue audit procedures, internal controls, and accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the income audit function for accurate and timely verification of all hotel revenues.
• Review daily revenue reports, investigate variances, and ensure proper recording of room, F&B, and other revenues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
• Oversee reconciliation of PMS ledgers and revenue accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor voids, rebates, allowances, and house accounts to ensure proper authorization.
• Liaise with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of source documentation.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting service provider on income audit activities, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards.
• Support monthly closing, including balance sheet reconciliations and revenue-related analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions where required.
• Train and guide team members to ensure adherence to procedures and continuous improvement.

Formation

Higher Diploma or higher in hotel, accounting, or related fields

What you will do:

What you bring:

• Higher Diploma or higher in hotel, accounting, or related fields
• At least 3 years of income audit and general accounting experience in the hospitality industry
• Confident, organized, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of revenue audit procedures, internal controls, and accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
