Job summary

Phillip Securities Group in Hong Kong is seeking a capable accounting assistant to handle daily accounting, online banking and operations, ensuring accurate records and timely processing. You will prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, assist in month-end close, and liaise with internal and external parties.

A diploma or higher in accounting is required, with at least two years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting, online banking and operation functions.
