Job summary

Phillip Securities (HK) Ltd is seeking an Accounting Officer to handle daily accounting, online banking and operation functions. The role requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments and counterparties, assist in month-end closing and management reporting, and liaise with internal and external parties on accounting matters. Ad hoc office duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years experience in bookkeeping duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and with initiative to meet deadlines.
• Candidates with more experience and professional accountancy qualifications may be considered for the post of Accountant.
