Job summary

Global Link Retail Management Limited is looking for an Accounting Officer in Hong Kong. You will manage the full set of accounts and support the Accounting Manager with daily finance operations, including vouchers, invoices, fixed assets, and AP/AR entries.

You will also assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and perform regular reporting and financial analysis for management.

Qualifications

• Holding degree or diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• 3-5 years or above experience in handling full set of Accounts.
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines.

About the Role

Requirements:

• Knowledge in using FlexSystem accounting software will be an advantage

• Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing)

• Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
