Position Overview

This is a generalist role focusing on execution rather than strategic management, ideal for candidates who are hands-on and capable of handling a wide range of tasks. You will ensure seamless daily financial workflows and full compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full set of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements and financial reports.

Handle tax filings, employer returns and administration of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) for the Inland Revenue Department.

Coordinate with external auditors and company secretarial teams for annual audits and statutory filings.

Process staff expense claims, monitor daily cash positions and arrange vendor payments.

Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in accounting and compliance within Hong Kong.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
