Job summary

Trend Up Investment (HK) Limited seeks a skilled finance professional to oversee fund and account management, including crypto assets, daily cash flow, and ledger accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, PnL tracking for traditional and crypto assets, IPO preparation liaison with underwriters and auditors, and archiving of files; strong Excel and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or treasury management.
• Familiar with cryptocurrency and digital asset reconciliation.
• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Fund & Account Management: Oversee all company funds and cryptocurrency (Web3/Crypto) asset accounts, manage daily cash flow records and reconciliation, and ensure ledger accuracy.
• Investment & Transaction Accounting: Track traditional investments and crypto asset transactions, accurately calculate profit and loss (PnL), and organize all transaction vouchers and ledgers.
• IPO Preparation & Broker Liaison: Act as the core financial window, participate in IPO guidance, and liaise with underwriters, auditors, and intermediaries to provide due diligence materials.
• Financial Reporting & Archiving: Issue monthly fund ledgers, asset, and PnL summary reports on time; standardize the archiving of financial, contract, and transaction files.
• Special Projects: Complete other financial analysis and fund tracking tasks assigned by executive management.

Investment & Transaction Accounting: Track traditional investments and crypto asset transactions, accurately calculate profit and loss (PnL), and organize all transaction vouchers and ledgers.

Requirements:

Hong Kong Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid long-term HK work visa.

For candidates with exceptional performance, the company can assist with HK work/talent visa applications.

Fluent in Mandarin; conversational Cantonese or English is preferred.

Associate degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related majors.

3+ years of experience in financial accounting or treasury management.

Familiar with cryptocurrency (Web3/Crypto) and digital asset reconciliation.

Practical experience in IPO preparation and direct liaison with underwriters/auditors.

Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools; highly sensitive to numbers; strong confidentiality awareness, professional ethics, and pressure resistance.
