Trend Up Investment (HK) Limited seeks an experienced risk management professional to establish and optimize full-scope risk systems for a diverse portfolio, including PE/VC, US equities, crypto, and AI compute assets.

You will lead due diligence, monitor real-time risk across markets, and supervise treasury operations with a strong emphasis on internal controls and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial risk control, PE/VC, or digital asset risk management.
• 2+ years in team management/executive roles.
• Dual expertise in traditional finance (US equities/PE) and Web3/Crypto/Exchanges.
• Understanding of AI compute/data center business models and contract risks is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead risk due diligence (legal, financial, operational, and technical) for investment decisions and issue independent risk reports and hedging strategies.
• Establish and optimize full-scope risk management systems across investments (PE/VC, US Equities, Crypto, Exchange projects, AI compute assets).
• Monitor portfolio companies and perform real-time risk tracking on US equities and crypto positions (PnL, liquidity, security, leverage).
• Supervise treasury operations, multi-sig wallet security, and bank transfer limits; establish emergency protocols for market crashes or freezes.
• Track HK and global regulatory policies regarding digital assets, US equities, and AI compute assets to maintain compliance.

Establish and optimize full-scope risk management systems (covering PE/VC, US Equities, Crypto, Exchange projects, and AI compute heavy assets)

Lead risk due diligence (legal, financial, operational, and technical) for investment decisions and issue independent risk reports and hedging strategies

Monitor portfolio companies (AI compute projects and exchange equity) and perform real-time risk tracking on US equities and crypto positions (PnL, liquidity, smart contract security, leverage, and liquidation lines)

Supervise treasury operations, multi-sig wallet security, and bank transfer limits; establish emergency protocols for market crashes or account freezes

Track HK and global regulatory policies regarding digital assets, US equities, and AI compute assets to maintain operational compliance

Requirements:

Hong Kong Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid long-term HK work visa

For candidates with exceptional performance, the company can assist with HK work/talent visa applications;

Fluent in Mandarin; conversational Cantonese or English is preferred

5+ years in financial risk control, PE/VC, or digital asset risk management, with at least 2+ years in team management/executive roles

Dual expertise in traditional finance (US equities/PE) and Web3/Crypto/Exchanges

Understanding of AI compute/data center business models and contract risks is preferred

Proficient in PE due diligence and derivative hedging; strong internal control capability; calm decision-making under high market pressure; top-tier confidentiality standards
