Trend Up Investment (HK) Limited is seeking a finance professional in Hong Kong to oversee cash and treasury operations, including fiat and crypto payments and wallet management. The role includes daily reconciliation, bank statement archiving, and assisting with IPO due diligence.

Requirements include HK residency or visa, Mandarin fluency, and 1-3 years in cashier/treasury roles. The position offers administrative and financial support duties under management.

Qualificações

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident or valid long-term HK work visa.
• Fluent in Mandarin; conversational Cantonese or English preferred.
• Associate degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related majors.
• 1-3 years of cashier or treasury management experience.
• Understand basic crypto concepts; experience with Web3 wallets or on-chain transfers preferred.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality; meticulous with details; proactive under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily fiat and crypto payment operations with proper documentation.
• Manage daily company funds and crypto wallets (cold/hot wallets).
• Conduct daily/weekly cash inventory and assist reconciliation.
• Archive bank statements, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and deposit/withdrawal records.
• Handle bank account maintenance, daily transfers, FX, online banking, and payment channel compliance verification.
• Assist with internal fund verifications during IPO due diligence.
• Provide administrative and financial support to management and the Financial Manager.

Execute daily fiat (HKD/USD, etc.) and crypto payment operations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded with proper documentation

Manage daily company funds and crypto wallets (cold/hot wallets)

Conduct daily/weekly cash inventory and assist the Accounting Manager with reconciliation

Organize and archive bank statements, transaction vouchers, invoices, receipts, and deposit/withdrawal records

Handle bank account maintenance, daily transfers, FX, online banking, and payment channel compliance verification

Classify cash management archives and assist with internal fund verifications during IPO due diligence

Complete administrative and financial support tasks assigned by management and the Financial Manager

Requirements:

Hong Kong Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid long-term HK work visa

Fluent in Mandarin; conversational Cantonese or English is preferred

Associate degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related majors

1-3 years of cashier or treasury management experience

Understand basic crypto concepts; experience with Web3 wallets, on-chain transfers, or exchange deposits/withdrawals is preferred

Strong ethics and confidentiality; meticulous with details; proactive communicator under pressure
