Job summary

HashKey Group is seeking an accounting/finance professional to manage treasury operations, coordinate crypto movements across multiple wallets, and support monthly closings and audits.

You will work with Finance Director and HR on payroll-related crypto matters, maintain bank relationships, and ensure accurate crypto asset reconciliations across entities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Crypto experience and knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance Director to manage group treasury and off-ramping.
• Initiate crypto transfers across multiple wallets and crypto management.
• Support crypto payments and cross-chain operations.
• Coordinate with HR on employee HSK disposal and reconcile records.
• Weekly reconciliation of wallet positions with treasury records.
• Assist with monthly closings, annual audit, and external auditors.
• Open/maintain bank accounts with business teams; maintain banking relationships.
• Prepare accounting entries and reconcile crypto assets across entities.
• Develop accounting policies and controls; monitor inter-company crypto settlement.

Job description

• Work with Finance Director on and off ramping to manage group treasury position
• Initiate crypto transfers among multiple wallets for crypto management
• Work with Finance Director on crypto payments and crypto cross-chain
• Work with HR on employee HSK disposal
• Perform reconciliation between treasury vs HR record on employee HSK disposal
• Perform reconciliation on wallet position vs treasury record on weekly basis (both proprietary cryptos and HSK)
• Perform regular research on crypto market trend
• Handling daily accounting operation and monthly financial closing and annual audit process
• Work with the business team and treasury to open/ maintain the bank accounts for business needs. Able to maintain strong relationship with respective Bankers/ Bank Relationship Managers.
• Prepare accounting entries in the accounting system, the reconciliation of crypto assets for multiple entities. Crypto experience and knowledge is a plus, but not necessary
• Work closely with External auditors and key third party professional advisors
• Setting up accounting policies and control procedures, improving existing processes, and inter-company crypto settlement monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills and be comfortable utilizing different software systems; knowledge on Oracle system is an advantage
• Extremely self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, and CPA license holder
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
