Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Accounting or related discipline with concentration in Accounting is required.
• Strong numerical ability; intent to pursue a career in professional accounting is a plus.
• Relevant internship experience in fund/business operations support preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail oriented and well-organized.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate accounting function including audits, reconciliations, AP/AR, and data collation.
• Assist in firmwide administration and day-to-day operations, including expense reimbursements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Accounting or a related business discipline with a concentration in Accounting is required

• Relevant internship experience in a role that provides support to fund / business operations, corporate accounting (particularly in relation to preparation of financial statements), fund accounting, audit, taxation or data management would be preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented and well‑organized
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• A team player and a self‑starter, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work well under pressure
