Qualifications

• Solid accounting practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial work.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Reliability and professional integrity in handling confidential financial information.
• Previous experience in a financial/management accounting or reporting role is desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
• Supporting the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Processing and verifying accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts and expense claims.
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Performing bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
• Supporting the audit process by organising and preparing required documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and filing systems.
• Providing administrative support to various departments as required.
