Job summary

Flex Consultancy Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Accounting Assistant for their Tsim Sha Tsui office. The role covers Accounts Payable, expenses, intercompany billing, fixed assets, and data integrity across the accounting system.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and adhere to company policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in accounting, strong English and Mandarin, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred but not a must
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting field preferably in MNC
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and mandarin
• Mature, independent, good team player with customer focused mindset
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses Report, and Interco billing effectively & efficiently.
• Maintain record of fixed assets and accounting record
• Assist on preparation of monthly schedule and report
• Fully responsible for data entry and data integrity of the Accounting System
• Work as a team with other colleagues in other business unites and departments to ensure timely delivery of accounting services
• Implement Company’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
