Job summary

PAT Certified Public Accountants Limited in Sheung Wan is seeking local audit staff for full-time or part-time roles. The firm focuses on SME clients with standard hours: 9am–6pm for full-time and flexible half-days for part-time.

Responsibilities include audit work, tax returns, and client accounts support. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher in accountancy/finance, 1+ year audit experience (or 6+ years for senior roles), and proficiency in Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of audit experience (Junior to Senior) / 6 years (Assistant Manager/Manager).
• HKICPA member preferred; ACCA/CPA (Australia) or QP finalists considered (Assistant Manager/Manager).
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous.
• Proactive in problem solving, willing to learn and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit working papers, draft audited accounts and related documents.
• Prepare tax computations and complete tax returns.
• Prepare accounts for clients when required.
• Review audit working papers and draft accounts by colleagues (For assistant manager/manager).
• Assist Partners with job arrangements and lead the audit team (For assistant manager/manager).
