Job summary

Konew Fintech Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounting Assistant to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation. You will handle payment and receivables, assist in month-end closing, and support various funding activities. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Proficiency in MS Office is required, with FlexSystem knowledge considered an advantage. The role offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for career progression within a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HKQF level 5 in Accounting/Finance.
• 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good English and Chinese typing skills.
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation
• Handle payment and receivables of the companies
• Checking of redemption and refinance reports
• Prepare funding for various purposes
• Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance
• Assist in month end closing
• Participate in ad hoc assignment when needed

Job description

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation

Handle payment and receivables of the companies

Checking of redemption and refinance reports

Prepare funding for various purposes

Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues

Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance

Assist in month end closing

Participate in ad hoc assignment when needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5

1 years relevant working experience (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer)

Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage

Good English and Chinese typing skills

Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines

Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Fresh graduates are welcome
