Job summary

Konew FinTech Corporation Limited is seeking an entry to associate level accountant in Hong Kong. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, handling payments and receivables, and supporting month-end close.

Fresh graduates are welcome and the position offers a competitive remuneration package. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, familiarity with MS Office, and ideally FlexSystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (HKQF level 5) or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant working experience; candidates with more experience may be considered as Officer.
• Proficient in MS Office; FlexSystem knowledge is an advantage.
• Good English and Chinese typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation.
• Handle payments and receivables for the companies.
• Check redemption and refinance reports.
• Prepare funding for various purposes.
• Handle insurance issues and money lender licenses matters.
• Assist in month end closing and secretarial tasks.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments as needed.

Job description

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reconciliation

• Handle payment and receivables of the companies

• Checking of redemption and refinance reports

• Prepare funding for various purposes

• Handle insurance related issues and money lender licenses related issues

• Handle company secretarial issues and bank accounts maintenance

• Assist in month end closing

• Participate in ad hoc assignment when needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5

• 1 years relevant working experience (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer)

• Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage

• Good English and Chinese typing skills

• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
