Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a finance professional to support group consolidation and reporting under HKFRS. You will review overseas submissions, prepare management reports and coordinate with international teams to ensure timely period-end close.

The role offers hands-on exposure to group reporting, development of HKFRS technical knowledge and close collaboration with finance teams across subsidiaries. Fresh graduates considered for the right candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial accounting, financial reporting or audit, open to Fresh Graduates.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with overseas finance teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting or financial reporting systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of group consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in HKFRS.
• Review submissions from overseas subsidiaries for accuracy and group compliance.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with overseas finance teams to resolve reporting issues and close periods.
• Assist in improving group reporting procedures, templates and internal controls.

• Support the preparation of group consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with HKFRS
• Review financial submissions from overseas subsidiaries and ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with group requirements
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and supporting schedules for management review
• Coordinate with overseas finance teams to resolve reporting issues and facilitate timely period-end closing
• Assist in improving group reporting procedures, templates and internal controls
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis and other accounting assignments as required

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in financial accounting, financial reporting or audit, open to Fresh Graduates
