Job summary

Oxford Asset Management Limited, based in Wanchai, Hong Kong, invites high-calibre candidates to join the accounting team as Accountant. The role covers full sets of accounts, month-end closings, and cross-region financial analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 10+ years of solid accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mandarin/English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Student member or full membership of recognised professional accounting bodies is required.
• 10+ years of solid accounting experience; full set of accounts experience preferred.
• Exposure to property management, property investment, or leasing is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with FlexSystem (FION / FIONA) is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and deliver timely financial reports and month-end closings.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance of multi-building property management operations across regions.
• Coordinate statutory audits and lead annual budgeting cycles.
• Participate in ad hoc projects for HK, PRC & Overseas Regions.
• Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders across regions.

Oxford Asset Management Limited is a well-established property investment and asset management company based in Wanchai. To support our continued growth, we are inviting high-calibre candidates to join our accounting team as Accountant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and deliver accurate, timely financial reports and month-end closings.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of multi-building property management operations, identifying efficiency improvements for Hong Kong, PRC & Overseas Regions.
• Coordinate statutory audits, lead annual budgeting cycles, and manage ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned for Hong Kong, PRC & Overseas Regions.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate with stakeholders in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Overseas Regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Student member or full membership of recognised professional accounting bodies.
• 10 or more years of solid accounting experience; experience in handling full sets of accounts is preferred.
• Exposure to property management, property investment, or the leasing industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including spreadsheet modelling), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in FlexSystem (FION / FIONA) will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• A good team player with the ability to work independently, self-motivated, and with a positive working attitude.
