Job summary

Air Sea Worldwide Logistics in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, oversee month-end closing, and deliver timely financial reporting. You will supervise AR/AP/GL processing and handle intercompany transactions within a busy logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of accounting experience, with Excel proficiency (VBA a plus) and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• HKICPA QP, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification pursued.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in forwarding/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and perform month-end closing.
• Prepare financial and management reports, monthly schedules and analysis.
• Supervise accounting staff in AR/AP/GL processing.
• Handle intercompany transactions and monthly intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare various monthly reports and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage daily banking and monitor cash flow; participate in ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

Degree or above in Accountancy or a related discipline

Currently pursuing the HKICPA QP exams, a mid-level ACCA qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification

A minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in the forwarding/logistics industry

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge in VBA / macros is an advantage)

Good command of English and Chinese, preferably including Mandarin

Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Immediate availability is preferred
