Aqua Green Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, prepare statements, and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

You will collaborate with teams, assist budgeting, and help implement stronger financial controls while upholding accuracy and timely reporting.

This role offers a hands-on environment with growth opportunities in a high-growth seed-to-table business serving Hong Kong, China, and South East Asia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles is preferred.
• Senior Accountant experience will be considered for higher responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improving financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial reporting and advice.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting principles, tax laws, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- More experience can be considered Senior Accountant

- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

- Proficient in using accounting software i.e. Flex System, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Working Location: 5 minutes walking distance from MTR station
