Job summary

Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong invites high-caliber candidates to apply for the Account Opening Officer (Operations & Settlement) position. You will ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, perform KYC/CDD/AML checks, CRS/FATCA reporting, and data maintenance.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, support system projects, and contribute to process improvements while handling daily transaction entries and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Account Opening documentation checking to ensure regulatory, internal policies, KYC, CDD & AML requirements are met.

• Process daily transactions entries including time deposit, audit confirmation and assist ad hoc projects.

• Set up and maintenance of static data.

Account Opening Officer_Operations & Settlement

Perform Account Opening documentation checking to ensure regulatory, internal policies, KYC, CDD & AML requirements are met;

Perform customer account data creation and maintain proper record keeping;

Perform CRS and FATCA reporting;

Perform daily transactions entries including time deposit, audit confirmation and to assist ad hoc projects and programs as assigned;

Work closely with cross departments to ensure smooth workflow;

Prepare regulatory and internal reports;

Support the team in handling related new products/projects/system implementation;

On-going review of work processes to identify areas for improvement;

Participate in preparing operation manuals;

Set up and maintenance of static data;

Participate in UAT and ad hoc project as assigned.

Requirements

3-5 yearsbankingexperience in Account Opening, KYC, CDD and AML;

Maintain the highest vigilance and alertness on AML and CFT perspective;

Strong knowledgeable in anti-money laundering;

Excellent communication skills, strong risk awareness, pro-active, attentive to details, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
