Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations professional to support client onboarding, daily processing and static data maintenance for Wealth management. You will review documents as maker/checker, handle returned mail, ensure SLA, and assist in regulatory reporting and audits.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from Front/Middle/COO offices, supporting UAT activities, and leveraging a brokerage background as a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• University degree and relevant experience in Banking & Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding operations including account opening and static data maintenance for Wealth Management.
• Review documents and instructions, update systems as maker and checker.
• Handle returned mail and ensure account opening and static maintenance meet SLA.
• Assist in audit, regulatory review, FATCA and CRS reporting.
• Respond promptly with solutions to enquiries from Front/Middle Office/ COO office.
• Support UAT if needed; brokerage firm experience is a plus.
