Job summary

MCG Asia is seeking a PR/Comms/Integrated Marketing Executive to join our energetic Hong Kong team. You will contribute to campaign strategy, liaise with agencies, and manage media relations to drive coverage and engagement. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome, and fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.

You will handle press material, social media, and analytics, supporting events and client campaigns in a dynamic, international lifestyle, travel, and tech space.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in communications / agency; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience welcome.
• Fluent English and Cantonese.
• Strong copywriting skills including spelling, grammar and proofreading.
• Effective presentation skills to communicate ideas and stories to journalists.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues, clients and media.
• Right to work in Hong Kong; IANG visa holders welcome.

Responsibilities

My client is a multiple award-winning, international agency in the lifestyle, travel and tech space that is now looking for an Account or Assistant Executive to join their energetic team in Hong Kong.

The Role:

• Be involved with the strategy of various campaigns and PR events to achieve business objectives.
• Liaise with external agencies to identify relevant trends and curate excellent media/digital/PR campaigns.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with KOLs and Media.
• Create press releases, news stories, articles, case studies, and product pieces.
• Engage local, regional, and trade journalists to generate interest in covering clients' stories and pitch ideas.
• Monitor media coverage and provide comprehensive reports to the team and clients.
• Attend client events and industry conferences.
• Manage clients' social media accounts, including Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
• Generate analytics reports on social media performance, including traffic, engagement, and follower figures.
• Foster creative brainstorming sessions for new PR campaigns.

The Person:

• 1+ years in communications / agency; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Fluent English and Cantonese skills are a must.
• Strong copywriting skills, including spelling, grammar, proofreading, and the ability to produce engaging content.
