Job summary

Sleek Corp is seeking a Customer Support Executive to deliver proactive, multilingual remote support for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Hong Kong and Malaysia. You will resolve inquiries across onboarding, accounting and compliance topics while using Zendesk, Aircall and Slack to ensure timely, accurate responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in customer support (Fintech/SaaS or professional services preferred).
• Proficient with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Provide multichannel remote support via email, live chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot inquiries related to onboarding, accounting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting and Tech teams.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and help center content.
