Job summary

The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce is seeking an organised Communications Officer to support across the Chamber's communications and event portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, members, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful communications programmes and high-profile events that advance the Chamber's mission and visibility.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event coordination, including preparation of synopses, briefing notes, and speaking points.
• Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and liaise with speakers and stakeholders.
• Support development of digital content, website updates, and asset management.
• Assist in drafting media materials and monitor news related to the Chamber.
• Build relationships with member companies, associations, government bodies, and external partners.
