Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a System Engineer to maintain data centre operations, perform backups, and oversee daily IT infrastructure to ensure reliable computing services.

You will handle production rollouts, manage change and configuration across Windows and Linux, and support scheduled tasks. Immediate availability and team-lead experience are a plus. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with IT or related degree/diploma/higher certificate.
• Experience in data centre 7 x 24 operation support.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux or Unix will be an advantage.
• Experience with ITIL is a plus.
• Immediate available preferred.
• With team lead experience will be considered Senior System Engineer (Supervisor) or other positions.

Responsibilities

• Handle data backup/restoration and daily checks of computing services.
• Troubleshoot and remediate system issues.
• Implement Production rollouts.
• Manage change and configuration for the system (Windows, Linux etc).
• Run system scheduled tasks.
• Support ad hoc activities as directed by management.
