Job summary

Jane Street is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Engineer to join a highly technical group responsible for operating and maintaining our physical infrastructure, including trading floors, amenity spaces and food service areas supported by mechanical, electrical and IT equipment.

You will manage projects across all aspects of our infrastructure, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system emergencies, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance and operation of corporate real estate or 24/7 environments.
• Experience with MEP equipment and building management systems.
• Ability to manage vendors and SLAs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to be on-call for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain corporate real estate infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relations and SLAs.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities and vendors.
• Respond to urgent system outages during on-call shifts.
• Document issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
