Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance and operations in corporate real estate or mission-critical 24/7 environments.
• Strong familiarity with MEP infrastructure (CRACs, UPS, HVAC, generators, fire suppression, BMS).
• Excellent English and Chinese written and spoken communication.
• Collaborative, well-organized team player able to priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 availability of critical plant infrastructure: mechanical, electrical, and IT-supported equipment.
• Oversee external contractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring SLAs and delivery standards are met.
• Drive infrastructure projects end-to-end with risk-conscious engineering decisions.
• Swiftly resolve minor field issues directly.
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends) to respond to emergencies.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead physical infrastructure management within a fast-growing financial institution. You will oversee critical MEP systems across active trading environments and corporate amenity areas while serving as the main bridge between technical vendors and internal stakeholders. Your focus will be on managing infrastructure upgrades, minimizing operational risk, and maintaining 24/7 continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain 24/7 availability of critical plant infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, and IT-supported equipment.

Oversee external contractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery standards are consistently met.

Drive infrastructure projects end-to-end while making well-reasoned, risk-conscious engineering decisions.

Swiftly resolve minor field issues directly.

Participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends) to respond rapidly to critical system emergencies.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and operations within corporate real estate, trading floors, or mission-critical 24/7 environments.

Familiarity with MEP infrastructure, including CRACs, UPSs, HVAC, backup generators, fire suppression systems, and BMS.

Strong computer skills; highly comfortable operating in an IT-centric environment with complex control systems and software.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Collaborative team player, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
