Choosing to work “bank” hours as a Care Assistant gives you this freedom and control over the days you want to work.

The perks of working as bank staff at our home are that although our shifts are 12 hours running either 7:45 am - 8:00 pm or 7:45 pm - 8:00 am, you can pick and choose which days you work based on our working rota and your schedule.
