Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is searching for 10 Warehouse Operatives for a global clothing brand's distribution center in Northampton. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a relaxed environment with 40+ hours a week and regular overtime. Responsibilities include lightweight picking, packing, and loading boxes. Full training is provided, and there are great perks such as a subsidized canteen and weekly pay.

Responsibilities
- Lightweight picking of clothing garments using screen and placing on to the conveyor.
- Packing stock into boxes and labelling.
- Moving boxes and loading onto the conveyor.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
Skills
We are looking to recruit 10 x Warehouse Operatives for our Prestigious client based in Swan Valley, NN4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global clothing brand at their Northampton distribution centre.
Are you tired of only being given 3 shifts per week? Do you want to be working 40hr+ weeks with regular overtime opportunities? Are you ready to start work immediately? Are you seeking work in a relaxed environment?
£12.50 per hour 7am-6pm. £14.38 per hour after 6pm. Paid 30 Minute lunch with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
Rotating shift pattern as follows - You MUST be able to work all of the below.
- Week 1 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- Week 2 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Saturday with one day of during the week
- Week 3 - 14:00pm-22:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- All 40 hours paid - Including lunch break
- Overtime available during peak trading
- No safety boots or hi viz required

- Multi-skilled across goods in/out, dispatch, VAS returns and pick / pack departments.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
