Our prestigious client is looking for a warehouse operations supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

• Workload allocation to relevant employees
• Ensuring service delivery within agreed service levels and maintaining effective communication with management
• Managing and supervising direct reports in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensuring efficient achievement of all operational targets
• Meeting requirements to the highest standards
• Conducting appraisals effectively and monitoring/developing training needs
• Developing and managing the skills of each team member
• Monitoring, recording, and maintaining responsibility for lateness and absenteeism, and taking appropriate action within level of authority
• FLT/Counterbalance driving

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience managing a small team
• Experience in receipt instruction, launch, or dispatch activities
• Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• FLT experience desired

Shifts are Monday - Friday, rotational shifts:

• Shift 1: 6am-2.30pm
• Shift 2: 2pm-10.30pm

£13.83 weekly pay

Temp to perm for the right individual. Immediate start.
