A leading veterinary referral hospital in England seeks a Twilight Registered Veterinary Nurse for part-time shifts focused on high dependency inpatient care and emergencies. The role offers excellent support and opportunities for professional development. Candidates must be qualified Registered Veterinary Nurses with the ability to assist in surgeries. Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Part time - 26 hours/week average - 6 hour shifts (4pm-10.30pm) Mon, Tues, Wed and Friday Twilight shifts. Plus participation in the 1:4 Saturday rota (4pm-Midnight) and Bank Holiday rota

Our dedicated vets, nurses and nursing assistants, supported by the administrative teams, are committed to providing the highest quality surgical and medical care for pets. Many of our clinicians are nationally or internationally recognised specialists in their field and bring unique experiences to care for pets.
We accept referrals for Orthopaedic Surgery, Soft Tissue Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, Physiotherapy as well as Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and a Pain Clinic.
We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD.
You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The twilight shift is predominantly inpatient care including high dependency and assisting with out of hour emergencies and procedures. There are also optional surgery and ECC procedure rotations . As a Twilight nurse, you will be working alongside an experienced out of hours nursing team who have a passion for the work they do. Our case load guarantees you will be able to put your nursing skills into practice and will be used to their full potential in a highly rewarding environment. We give excellent support to all our team members.
