We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Innovation Manager to support and drive our innovation pipeline across Mizkan Euro’s Japanese Retail and Food Service. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Innovation: Support the Head of Innovation in pioneering an innovation process, ensuring it’s a core part of our business strategy.
• Create & Develop: Work on high-potential product and service concepts aligned with our strategic priorities and ambitious financial goals.
• Bring the Outside In: Keep a pulse on European food trends, working with external partners to inspire and create cutting-edge products, packaging, and services.
• Champion Consumer & Customer Insights: Translate insights into actionable growth strategies, ensuring our innovation is always rooted in consumer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, development teams, commercial teams, and external agencies to bring ideas to life from ideation to launch.
• Excite & Inspire: Work alongside the Innovation Development Chef to bring the innovation strategy to life, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for food, food trends, and consumer insights.
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling product concepts.
• Knowledge of product and packaging development, from idea to market launch.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in multi-functional collaboration.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to bring people on the innovation journey.
• Experience in an FMCG innovation role within a marketing team (4-5 years preferred).
