Job summary
A leading company in the Fabrication industry is seeking a motivated Welder/Fabricator for their team in Peterborough. This role involves stainless steel welding in the food and beverage industry alongside a supportive engineering team. Progressive training and development opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Qualification required.
- Experience in MIG and TIG welding necessary.
- Happy to work in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Work with fermenters, process pipework, yeast tanks, and racking tanks.
- Ensure the production facility runs smoothly.

Welder/Fabricator
Peterborough
Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:00
£24,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a motivated Welder/Fabricator to join a well known Fabrication company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description:
- 50/50 on site - UK wide
- Stainless steel welding (MIG, TIG)
- Food and Beverage industry
- Happy to get dirty
- Fermenters, Process Pipework, Yeast Tanks, Racking tanks
