We are looking to bring onboard Horticultural Technicians to join our expanding team in the North of England (specifically, we are looking for people based in or around Leeds and Manchester) who have a passion for plants, excellent customer service and being hands‑on in their role.
This is a field‑based, independent role where you’ll spend time on our client sites, carrying out plant maintenance, sharing your knowledge when it comes to caring for their variety of plants and ensuring our clients’ displays always look their best.
Your role will encompass a huge amount of ownership as you be covering four pillars to ensure success: Plant maintenance, customer management, operational integrity and reporting. Some additional aspects of your role will include:
