This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, problem-solving, and a professional approach, with regular travel to sites across the region.
- Carry out a range of trade works including carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing, and brickwork.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes on commercial projects.
- Undertake repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance tasks to agreed timescales.
- Travel between sites as required, ensuring professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and company standards.
- Proven multi-trade experience across carpentry, decorating, plumbing, and brickwork.
- Strong practical skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Ability to travel across London, Hertfordshire, and the South East.
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated with good communication skills.
