Private Client Solicitor
Location: Exeter

This well-established firm's Private Client department continues to receive high-quality matters which has led to the department looking for talented, experienced private client solicitors to join them.

My client is a thriving Westcountry practice with multiple offices across the Southwest and are known for providing a high-quality service to their clients and attracting top talent.

You would be responsible for your own case load of the full spectrum of private client matters including estate administration. Advising on and preparing Wills, LPA's, inheritance tax planning, family succession advice as well as elderly client work (deputyship administration) and Court of Protection.

Within this position you will have full support of the collaborative team as well as a supervisor to provide support day to day as well as supporting your progression.

The ideal candidate will have a mininum of 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own caseload, be efficient and organised and hold impressive client care skills.
